Drilling has uncertainties. Whilst a duster is most certainly a failure, it is not usually due to a stuff up, just to making the wrong decision in the face of inherent uncertainty.
COE believe they were stumped at Gurame by a risk they had considered low, not by making a stuff up.
And as to Gurame, past wells PROVE there is gas there, I wish the JV could display come confidence and present a plan for having another crack at Gurame.
