    No. It is simply a failed IPO.

    They tried to cash in on the hype around BNPL but were too late, and their offering was crap. As a result, the market has punished them. I see no possible happy ending for this company given its shocking financials, extremely poor branding, and woeful execution. Its a total shocker IMHO.

    But, go for your life if you see it differently!
