Tamara, that was my understanding as well. I can't see it as being good news. I assume they have not been able to raise the funds and are back at the drawing board - the shortfall amount is what would dictate how much this will change things. But it certainly can't be under preferential terms and the additional options clause in the regal $20mil under write was unfavourable enough.

I will say that with Tony as the new CEO, I'm very interested in how things proceed (the new broom sweeps the best... re high level management) and I expect the share price to tank upon opening. I will likely buy a few token shares on pure faith in Tony, then watch the journey should any further positive momentum present itself.
