Lightbox appears to have a JV with Coliseum Sports Media (CSM), dating back to 2015 and called Lightbox Sports, which delivers just that (see link below).

I haven’t found any references to this JV being discontinued, so presumably it still exists. If that is the case, I would assume that Lightbox’s share of ownership will be part of the deal too.
