Gareth, your scenario puts us at over $40m spend per year, effectively doing nothing. If we were doing “nothing”, I doubt we’d be spending $24m per year on corporate? I reckon that’s a bit on the high side though and will have a more detailed look over later.
Finally at least some constructive discussion!

Im being very generous with my figures, the trouble is the fat cats dont tend to take pay cuts.

My scenario backs up yours to a degree. GXY Is set up to weather a hurricane of negative conditions for at least 3 years

I will be honest AJM and PLS will be distant memories if the market is worse or similar for 3 years. GXY will be around but the SP ?? mmmm
