You should ignore the noise , and you lack conviction, can’t see what the fuss is about, unfortunately cancer does not take Xmas holidays , these trials have been ongoing , I’m expecting announcement some time this month , just be patient , or maybe this is to risky of a play for some , so better to look elsewhere ,
