I think Robinson used that "prior art" line in his interview as a red herring, just to avoid the question. He seemed to insinuate because he made his machine before the patent was issued, it did not apply to him due prior art.
Of course that's rubbish, prior art is the extensive search they do before issuing a patent to make sure the applicant was the first to invent the particular features of the invention. In our case we 1st applied for a US patent in 2001 so that becomes the recognised date that any prior art has to precede. Robinson's spent 2 years with the CL2G group, then 2 years at Ravenquest so that's the limit of his Cannabis experience - not even close to 2001
Prior Art is also not mentioned in the media release they lodged with sedar.com. As i mentioned in another post, sedar.com is the CSE's equivalent of the ASX's company announcements.
