Ok, much better outcome than I initially thought. Although, I dislike the timing of the announcement - really, now, just before Christmas? - the JV was going nowhere, and RGS can now find a partner keen to commercialise and manufacture (without AGC's involvement). The 8% equity at $0.16 a share, it's a real bonus. Well done, Leo Lee.
