1K/wk/person wages is a very generous guesstimate. I used to work in recruitment (albeit 4 yrs ago) and would often get calls from centres for 'trainee' staff. They would hire 17yr old girls via a govt sponsored (phoney)trainee scheme and the net wage cost to centre was about 6.50/hr. Allowing for inflation etc i doubt it is now much more than 8.50-9.50/hr. At the end of the 12 month traineeship the 'wk contract' would expre and the sausage machine would start again. These centres make huge profits!!! Sadly the staff seldom benefit. Hungry Jacks had/has?? same scheme.
Agree that centres are worth massive bucks and will be easy to sell.
