Anything is possible, but Lynas will be meeting ROW demand, with the ability to scale at will, well before TMRC produce much of anything.
Remembering there is NO customer base in the US currently of any scale period, Lynas not only brings the HRE separation capability to the US but they also have virtually the entire ROW customer base on tap as existing clients.
Not only does any competition need to develop the HRE process from scratch cost effectively, remembering Lynas already has feed stock ~$10kg, they need to find a customer base way beyond the tiny DoD needs.
Lynas customer engagement, across all sectors, is grossly undervalued.
