since you asked, the implied offer price of the SLR takeover was 35.2c giving a market cap of $157M, after raising an additional $25M from shareholders to pay down debt.
the final trading day before DRM disappeared was 55c, so still below where he started.
Not hard to turn the price around, if you smash it first!
