A high payout ratio is normally for a mature company with few positive NPV projects so they pay capital to shareholders. What's stopping this company from scaling quicker into other markets? The 85% payout ratio.
Its odd, it's a growth stock with a mature stocks payout ratio. Just an observation and just my opinion.
