    Mauritius' SEM is very appealing as it allows dual listings, which I believe is what VRC are after (Mauritius and Tanzania).

    By the time stamp on TM's email response to me he is overseas at the moment. Would assume he wouldn't be there for no reason over the holiday period. Let's hope the reason is positive for SHs.
