I'll give you a couple.
1. I'm just a petty retail invester and even I've been struggling to get a few extra thousand actually go through over the past few weeks. can only imagine what the soph investors go through trying to get in before the RI is over.
2. your so concerned with the SP how do you ever pick up a stock when it's still undervalued?.
