do we know how much work was done to customise the software?
and also do we know if client paid ISX who then paid vendor, or if client paid vendor direct
i think the evidence builds to support booking the whole thing as revenue if (1) customisation were substantial; and (2) ISX collected all the cash and then paid it out in to the vendor
i was going to go up and edit my earlier post saying its really a 50/50 call.
But if this is the key negative issue (citing @aniesbaswedan then i was expecting more drama than this)
