Dear Computer Share,
I refer to the Scheme of Arrangement pursuant to section 411 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) between Sundance Energy Australia Limited (ACN 112 202 883) (a company incorporated in Australia) of G 28 Greenhill Road, Wayville, South Australia, 5034 (Sundance) and myself.
I note that pursuant to section 8.1d of the Scheme, Sundance was obligated to execute a proper instrument of transfer of Shares for the purposes of section 1071B of the Corporations Act.
Noting the Implementation Date was 26 November 2019, I only received an email from Computershare on 12 December 2019 advising me that my Welcome Package provided me the option of selling your shares through your US broker, or via the DRS sale facility, administered by Computershare.
Despite the Implementation Date of 26 November 2019, (almost a month ago), I have not yet received my Welcome Package nor holding certificate for my securities.
Can Computershare kindly confirm:
1. Sundance have executed the proper instrument of transfer of my Shares for the purposes of section 1071B of the Corporations Act, pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement.
2. Kindly provide me with a copy of my holding certificate in SNDE via email (as per the email linked to this account).
Should both the above be unable to be provided, please advise dispute resolution process ahead of lodging a formal inquiry to ASIC in relation to this matter.
