While much of the content is still relevant, the current price and trend over the past months/year are more relevant to the current share price expectation.
The EC battery metals, including nickel all come into the equation.
Other metals, precious and bulk, eg. Gold, Copper and Iron Ore have their cycles too as do the share prices of the companies mining them.
Long term the Li price will trade in line with demand and supply.
Short term holders versus long term holders have different objectives and trade accordingly.
My own trading plan is to hold some for the long term and trade some to pay the bills or invest in other opportunities, therefore the short term movements in the Li price and CXO share price bring opportunities.
