Would you be willing to post a burner email I could email to? I think there are some areas where you are misunderstanding what I am saying and frankly I think there are some assumptions that you are making and some things you think you know that are wrong - I think it would be easier to discuss things offline then come back online later. I'm a bit pressed for time because the meeting is on the 3rd of January and ASIC is closed between the 25th and the 1st of January. Technically Dathomir seems to be in breach of the act s671 by not disclosing their change of substantial holding and perhaps the company is as well 4.10.4 of the listing rules by not including Dathomir in the annual report if they don't have a good record basis for not including them. I think you are potentially misunderstanding that 1) Dathomir may still have a substantial holding, 2) it is through AVZ mainly not Dathcom that control would be achieved (because the blocking stake would be in AVZ - I'm using the term blocking stake quite specifically and technically in the sense of how it applies in a scheme of arrangement (a takeover transaction) not loosely - I believe you have been using the term more loosely). If you go back to my post number 41760667 paragraph 3 I think you will see that I wanted to get you (or one of a few others I thought would be trusted by the AVZ forum) involved earlier in checking some facts with Leonard - because I wanted someone to corroborate what I was saying was true without having to post Leonard's communications to the list. And I thought you'd be trusted. I would still like your help to do that. If you would for instance ask Leonard some very specific questions - I'll do the same (if I haven't already - mostly I think I have already) then our dual report back to the forum establishes some things as far more likely to be fact.Currently the distance between me and folk like Obe wan and Deboss on what should be matters of easily determinable fact is extremely great. Me checking stuff with Leonard (again or further) won't be sufficient for them to see that I am correct - they'd have to check. And like you their preferred way forward at this point seems to be to have the vote and vote yes so everything I'm trying to do looks like its against their interests to them I believe - though I don't think it is.
