Re your other post - I definitely have the pdf from 2013 Senate Inquiry and the author's name. I cannot repeat the name of the researcher who compiled/submitted the report for the 2013 Inquiry. My reason for posting excerpts of the freely available report in the past on HC was to highlight short selling/bot trading and in general ASX \mal\practices. To me, the report was more about ASX, not ASIC. I know HC wouldn't let me post the pdf on the ASX site - where it belongs IN MY OPINION....

For all ISX 'buying' shareholders.....enjoy the next few weeks.

I am looking forward to 2020 from February onwards. It is difficult to disengage from the events occurring [particularly in relation to the ASX] and I believe it is critically important to continue any work/endeavour to ensure that entities such as the ASX [and their 'allies'] can be held more accountable and act more transparently in the future.

To cross-reference a different thread - good that the ISX/ASX issue is on Alan Kohler's 'radar'.

And take care with 'new posters' claiming to hold ISX shares, with few HC posts and posting for the first time on ISX - one example has been posting profusely since yesterday. There will be 'parties' on the back foot and 'fishing' for information. Am using euphemisms to avoid moderation.

Best wishes fellow ISX shareholders. Those with open sell contracts unfulfilled...I hope your 'buddies' have you covered and I don't wish you well. I hope a future investigation finds out the names/volumes of those selling short and those who have covered you since 9/10 Sept 2019.
