It was 90%. If the WVAP was 0.004 the issue price should have been 0.036. But there is no typing mistake here because 333,333,333*0.03 gives $100,000. They rounded it down for some reason. May be it was in the fine print of the contract or may be Peter wanted to do a favour. The effect will be further dilution for the existing shareholders. Preempt may soon go down under 5% of the company.
