Withe every decision the most relevant body is/are the shareholders. By ASX rules every offer monetary or otherwise gonna be voted on- each time there is a new offer. That takes time...normally 2-3 months: till All voting and new offers take place and the final approval from us is positive. The happy transaction of cash/ share swap or whatever we voted on goes trough the paperwork( another month or so). The allocated cash/ shares goes onto proper accounts. Game over.....
