Just to correct payment terms:
Varde $A60mil(US$42.9mil) loan is repayable by seven quarterly instals of $US6.13mil starting Feb20
and if they drawdown this second $A40mil(US$27.4mil) next month then I'm sure it would be repayable by seven quarterly instals of US$3.92mil from Jan21. Total quarterly interest on the second loan would only be $A800k/qtr.
The deferred State govt royalties are deferred for three years and then the amount deferred is repayable over the following three years.
So there are no large bullet payments to be made on either facility.
