I'm just no where near educated enough to comment on climate effect on farming etc. but I have read quite a few reports in recent years on how valuable Australias prime agricultural sites will become as the global need for food increases. I'm pretty optimistic on them going into high end low care aged care as well as that seems to be an area that's under much less scrutiny than the more mainstream facilities.
