I think its important to note that these stocks were issued as collateral against the loan and not "Freebies".....

To me collateral suggests that these shares are to be used in the same way as down payment or deposit is made...... for LPD to put that money down suggest there is intent to use that $7.5million facility and given the nature of the announcment I would suspect it will be drawn soon... giving us the full 26months to repay....

I cant help feeling like there is more to be announced on this in the near term.

This seems like it may of been necesary evil in the short term....they need $7.5million for something and have got it in the short notice without doing a cap-raise of the full 7.5million.
