10.5 - 12c (5m shares for sale) Until this bottleneck is removed its gunna be a very slow uptrend. Only 600K traded today - to get above 12.5c we are going to need at least 20M shares traded in one day - which will come with the annoucement - it might even drop back to 9.5c in the short term but not to say it wont go higher.
Im just looking at the rational side and technical anasysis viewpoint.
