Difference here is Vocus was a $B company, A40 is insolvent. Likely no chance of getting $100k out of them let alone $35M.
As NL has mentioned above, going after the directors is probably the only play we have... and you can probably guess they're all covering their asses as we speak funnelling money/assets in to various trusts/relatvies' accounts so there is next to nothing left in their names...
MC had a lot of shares so gets to sit on a nice big paper loss but unfortunately he never paid for any so cash lost is 0 for him. If only we could all say the same.
