Simular to Lynas-Blue line also it is up but it is unlikly that it took more than a few USD Million to move it up that much. Low stock price low number of shares. Yes volume up nearly 10 X but always lots of churning when ever price moves allot. Like all suden changes sit back, Relax, Learn, and watch it
