Hi,
Everything is above board. Sales have occured but no money has been received. It works out as follows:
Revenue from Russia = $3.2 M (approx) Page 38
Total other revenue = $0.93 M (note 2, Page 27)
Receiveables = $1.8 M approx Current Assests Page 28 - These are Ropren sales
Finished Goods = $0.5 M Page 28
So $3.2m = $1.8 M +0.93 M + 0.5 M (approx)
I will say we have definately sold Ropren for at least $1.8 Millions
My personal addition: see page 27.
"Subsidy received overseas" $813,545
Now they didn't receive a subsidy in 2007, why? because they were not selling ropren ;) WHY ELSE WOULD THEY RECEIVE NEARLY A MILLION DOLLARS IN SUBSIDY? the russian gov. is subsidising the treatment of patients, adding to the revenue received from the sale of ropren.
