I think you've identified our strongest card in getting management attention - a vote for TM to the board (about the time I sell up) - that MS probably fields calls from him daily will not be lost.
The oppies are done, the salaries will not drop, but we can pressure against futther increases in current circumstances, and against bonuses for business as usual, plus absolutely no new oppies (except to newcommers - then modestly).
We should also be thankful for what has undoubtedly been hard work and dedicated skill from them - aquiring the Indonesian and Tunisian opportunities does not appear trivial work to me. Alas two dusters though - in an industry where 10 for 1 succes is not uncommon.
