    Seems like they are only guaranteeing forecast's to Calendar Year 2019 which has basically already past, every other mention of 2020 is negative/reliant on the weather improving.

    Just my interpretation, will still be watching this for the bottom to re-enter as i think we're close, but just think it may be a year away yet...
