This is not the first time that restless populace have caused unrest and disruption in PNG and it certainly won't be the last. I can recollect at least 3 prior instances in the past 2 years where incidents have caused delays. It comes with the territory. The hierachy factor in contingencies to ensure that the overall high level plan remains on track. This is nothing to be concerned about.
