Picked up a parcel of this stock recently at $1.065c which represents a grossed up yield of about 11% Closed on all time high today of $1.15c. Pays dividends quarterly. Retirees should be happy with that sort of payment structure, dividend payout and steadiness in share price. NTA for November was $1.10 and has been increasing steadily over past few months.
Spoke with the company prior to committing funds and was reassured of their business model. Another high yielding stock worth doing due diligence on imo.
