I am interested in your numbers though Kate, if PMM has 20 mill to go on and FAS has 20 mill to COME OFF, then all of a sudden the results are not so clear cut.
What is clear is that the meeting and counting were ridiculous.
For FAS to get 60 million proxy votes means that FAS, Uncle Tom Cobley and all must have voted with FAS.
As it is only in the interests of FAS and FAS shareholders, those numbers don't compute for me.
Perhaps the court on Tuesday will make some arithmetical sense, lets hope for that uncertainty is not a good look for share prices.
