“Brett Mitchell & Peter King the dynamic duo ripped up the confidence of shareholders to pump and dump their way.”

What a stupid and grossly incorrect statement. Including me with Brett M in the same sentence is insulting enough! If you cannot stomach or admit to your poor investment decision, don’t attempt to blame others for your failure. You clearly have no trading plan, nor the necessary trading mentality or acumen to engage the markets. Save your money and get out now!

So, I’ll take the bait from your puerile and ill-considered post rather than have it moderated.
The confidence of shareholders has been shattered with no attributed input from me. Some traders do actually (after some time, pain and loss of money) see the forest for the trees.

Proof of this, is the abysmal result of the current attempted CR. You can pass the hat around only so many times. Yet Meir and his (suspect) advisors attempted to send the hat out for more funds yet again. This crystalizes my claim that good directors do not continuously make bad decisions. They are simply bad directors who simply do not have the wherewithal to run a business of the magnitude of SAS.

“Made a killing for their new year's celebration at the expense of SAS share holders.”

You really should not be trading. Until you accept full responsibility for all your trades, you will not be a successful trader.

“Thanks guys Ill be sure to jump on to their next target, MXC thinks their spot on. The 1 & only, burning survivor still gasping for the truth.”

A far as I am concerned, the whole cannabis moment has passed. I have been out of MXC for over a year, based on the same premise as my selling of SAS – incompetent, overpaid and, self-indulgent management.

Some of you traders hang your hat on your research and are happy with that. You investigate as best you might, all the aspects that you deem important before parting with your money. You investigate the company, their products and or services, their potential market(s), their market advantage – first mover or disruptive technology and you, personally meet the main movers i.e. management, directors and promoters.

I did all of that and more with SAS. My investigation was thorough and resulted in me taking a sizable position. My enthusiasm was noticed by many on this forum. So much so, that I was frequently accused of ‘up-ramping’. It’s undeniable that when you are so sure of a good thing, that you tend to want to enthusiastically share your knowledge and dispel comments from any deniers.

Suffice to say, my initial investigations failed to turn up the pitfalls and inadequacies of the management team. A company may well have a product that is disruptive and has the potential for changing the lives of countless millions. BUT, if management is incapable of making the necessary transitions and monetise the business it will struggle. If management lacks the wherewithal to make the hard decisions that progress the company, moving it forward by employing those better suited than themselves – bigger trouble.

So my investigations, despite being what I thought to be thorough, were in fact flawed. Of course I had no way of knowing how these people would perform in and for the business in the early stages. Proof of their inadequate management skills came soon after. Regardless, my enthusiasm kept me in the game as a shareholder, longer than I should have been.

The opportunities for this business to truly advance, prosper and maximise its ‘first mover’ disruptive position has been severely damaged, if not killed. They have no-one to blame but themselves for being nonchalant and careless in their creation and ongoing maintenance of this company.

My only hope is that the SAS technology does find its way into the hands of others who can make it work and realise the initial dreams of SAS management to connect ANYONE, ANYWHERE, ANYTIME.

The combination of SAS technology and cheap mobile phones, coupled with block chain and crypto-currencies to enable individuals to be their own bank and conduct small local commercial enterprises, would literally be a ‘world changer’.
