chart and short term perspective

I know most of the posts here relate to criticism of management but to a non-holder, potential trader of this stock, things don't look too bad at the moment

I see a descending wedge on the chart with MACD turning positive. Volume could be better but that may come.

We also have Hurricane Gustav shutting down numerous rigs which should have a positive effect on POO

Wouldn't be surprised to see some movement over the next fortnight
