Short Update - In addition to the ~40mil short AVH shares, the latest Nasdaq numbers show there are also ~1million shares of RCEL currently short (translates to ~20million AVH shares) as of 12/13. While less than the pure AVH shorts, it is not insignificant. RCEL's outstanding shorts nearly doubled from the previous figures as of 11/29. I like that AVH/RCEL continues to consolidate and is holding the upper end of its recent trading range in spite of the increased short position (~2.7% of O/S when including the ADR). As we continue to move up in anticipation of the Q4 sales release we could see a nice short squeeze.
