the fact of the matter is that AB1 has had spotty compliance for a long period of time. They clearly do whatever they like and think about compliance later... the ASX position against crypto has been unwavering and there are several examples which should have guided AB1 to be smarter about their structures... they have. I one to blame but themselves.
