Merry Xmas all, Unfortunately if management didn’t pull the disgraceful tactics it would have been one of the best Christmases ever.

A question I had, at what prices was the shares issued to Notsag? The shares that have been moved off market which mysteriously then voted in their favour, which allegedly are going to be paid for by 31 December.

So I’m guessing the price that these shares were issued is the price that they will be paid at. We need to lodge an enquiry with the share registry to see what price they were issued at as they need to be paid in full at that price. Also the shares being sold to the other party, what price were they sold at? Does this money go to Notsag as it was the selling entity?

From the response I’ve received, ASX seem to be very interested in all these movements done by Notsag, they are also interested in the various companies which now hold zero shares but are still kept by the registry on record that have come and gone over the years which also seem to be related to our company secretary. Going to be interesting to see what comes of this and if action will finally be taken.
