You say that the heavens were created before the hosts. Does the bible specifically mention this? Weren't they both created together? ----------------- Silsol, the Bible is clear as to the order in which creation occurred . Jesus is '' the firstborn of all creation''. ''By means of him all other things were created'' -- Col 1:15,16. The angels were created long before man’s appearance, for at the ‘founding of the earth’ “the morning stars joyfully cried out together, and all the sons of God began shouting in applause.”—Job 38:4-7.
The earth was evidently created billions of years ago, ''in the beginning''.---- Gen 1:1. As for the 6 days of preparing the earth for various life forms, they were of lengthy time periods. The 7th day has been going for over 6 thousand years and has more than 1 thousand years still to go, by which time everything God purposed for the earth will have been accomplished.
