based on the fact the company isn't flush with cash, this move would seem like a desire to delist; I don't have the numbers on total shareholders but being below 50 would allow them to be a private company again as opposed to publicly unlisted.
reality is it shouldn't have listed in the first place; but it also hasn't raised capital endlessly like many others and had Directors who are balls deep.
I am surprised that the Playtech's of the world haven't taken a run at it; gives them capability + instant client engagement. they've done it before with Mobenga and paid handsomely.
