The bank is funding 50% with the last 50% being outsourced to who ever,that may take a while hence the cr,the glimcher will be who invests in the cr,that could speak volumes,its call and cheese to where we were last month,its even starting to change my view lol,it could even be a buy,sheeeet I cant believe I said that hahaha
