As you are an unbiased observer, please explain to me how increasing the number of shares/options by 50 million when there are 125 million shares is going to benefit a shareholder. Don't spare the paper, take as long as you like, but don't be personal be objective that is the sign that is missing, not whether you are a mum or dad, not whether you like the shares, but whether you are a genuine investor interested in the performance of the company.

Please don't insult me or others intelligence by saying that more shares equals more liquidity. Just for an example FAS has tried that it has 300 million plus shares going to over 1 billion shares and that has merely destroyed the share price.
