Cityview CTVWF appears to be in fairly respectable company on this list.

I would imagine that the market cap requirements of the NYSE would preclude Cityview along with tens of thousands of other small / foreign companies, but that doesn't in any way reflect poorly on those companies.

I remember seeing advertising material (even menus) in the States advising customers that they could buy stock in the company on the OTCBB. It was never seen as a negative.
