Okey .. got the answer . Sorry to say the median price in Chadstone has certainly NOT dropped by 100k , if it had it would be cheaper than further out .
Buy in ST .Albans , dont worry about the house , get the largest land you can . I did a subdivision out there 10 years ago , the area has grown a lot .
You are correct , good access to CBD .. go from land , land , land ,,remember you need 600 squ metres plus to get any permits though .
Its City of Brimbank .. I know the area well , Try and get out of the Main Road East area a little , but reasonably close to transport . Its a good spot .
