Seems our Mr Terpu is the subject of a geat deal of focus.

Apparently he is discussed on the ANZ thread from time to time.

Be nice to get an update from the company from time to time as it appears he is in a very strong position. Wonder if he will buy his shares back when he wins.

It is implied that it promotes ..a secret deal with Beconwood and turpu..

I think the thinking was ..(In the Writers Mind at least) is that the case is so strong against ANZ that they dare not ever let it get into open court

Because if they think their good name has been touched up so far ..imagine what would happen if the full facts emerged in all its gory forensic glory

Going back to what the Ant thinks is fair for a settlement...pretty simple ...ANZ / Merrills and Dresner have some $540m of Opes Clients Equity
They have this by way of Fraud by Opes and at its most charitable misleading conduct
