Buy in St. Albans , but dont just take the property you mention , have a good look around . 800 sq metres sounds great however , go for the biggest land you can get ..even if the house is a sh*tter , value add it ..
This is what I always look for , forget emotion and other nonsense ..Go for land , because I can tell tell you " god " aint making any more with 20 k radius of Melbourne .
