Why do you guys waste your breath arguing with densamer? He has been wrong, wrong, wrong since day 1.
P/NAV analysis is crap without considering the ultra high IRR.
Project IRR tells you ADT could do 100% debt financing for CapEX. Bankers will be tripping over themselves to lend ADT money to build this mine.
