Golden Koala was a popular product in china previously, apparently. This is the the reason for the large intangible, not paid for directly, credited on the books after JAT's purchase. The advertising I have seen for them seems based around "its back" capitalising on Golden Koala's good reputation there.
I don't know if it is possible to claw back a written down intangible. Imagine If they could.
