PSC appears to have had a good deck of management.

This is worth discussing here, what are the skill sets in management between PSC and AVZ.

It’s worth also adding to that comparison the milestones of each company when management containing certain skill sets came onboard respectively.

PSC I think has always been working towards production with people who want to live in Zimbabwe.

Meanwhile AVZ needs to find incentives more so I believe to take to production. There are some maverick types who will and are doing it.

What does current management staffer levels say about intention to go to production, comparing PSC and AVZ?
