What MS told you does make sense.

- CVI said the 22.2c placement was mostly to buy Pensador shares

- Gobal/Easy-O sold there shares to pay for them (mostly) and that money went into Pensador, just like the announcement said and just like MS told you.

Its just that the money had to come from selling the placement stock to small investors via the ASX, first.

If the total amount of money was not the full 15M at 22.2 it doesn't matter. It wasn't staying in CVI's bank account anyway.
